Service Description

In order to build an effective social media or marketing strategy, we need to get to know you and your business. This is why we offer a free Client Onboarding Session to all of our new clients, and a free Milestone Strategy Session to all of our current clients. If you're a new client, the free onboarding session will give us a chance to get to know you, your business, and your social media goals. We'll ask you questions about your ideal customer, your brand voice, and what kind of content you want to share with the world. Based on your answers, we'll be able to create a custom social media plan that will help you reach your goals. What's Included in the Free Onboarding Session: - A questionnaire that will help us get to know you and your business - A 35 minute zoom video call or phone call , during which we'll ask you questions about your business and social media goals - A custom social media plan, based on the information you provide If you're a current client, the free Milestone Strategy Session will help us assess your current social media strategy and see what's working and what isn't. We'll also ask you about any changes or goals you have for your social media strategy, and based on that information, we'll be able to make recommendations about how to move forward. What's Included in the Free Milestone Strategy Session: - A review of your current social media strategy - A 35 minute zoom video call or phone call, during which we'll ask you about your current social media goals and any changes you want to make - Recommendations for how to move forward with your social media strategy We know that not everyone is a social media or marketing expert, which is why we offer these free sessions. We want to make sure that you feel confident and comfortable with your social media strategy, and we want to help you reach your goals. By the end of each session, we'll have a plan that we can both feel good about.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your service. EMC requires a minimum of 7 days notice for all cancellations.
